Multi-Point Check
Your car goes through a multi-point check - carried out by fully trained Vauxhall technicians. Having become a byword for quality in the used car industry, our multi-point check still sets the standard that others follow. Every Network Q vehicle is subjected to a rigorous series of checks, related to the age of the vehicle, with Vauxhall technicians testing everything from engine performance to paint work. And if we do find anything amiss, we'll make sure itβs put right before allowing a vehicle to carry the Network Q badge.
Your Network Q guarantee
Every Network Q car comes with a comprehensive Network Q guarantee Your car is covered for 12 months / 20,000 miles β whichever is sooner Your Network Q Guarantee begins as soon as you drive your car away from our dealership. Then, you'll be covered for the next 12 months however many miles you cover.
Comprehensive cover as standard
Your Network Q Guarantee provides you with comprehensive cover for all mechanical and electrical components for a full 12 months / 20,000 miles β whichever is sooner. We even cover your brakes, battery and clutch for 12 months - another first from Network Q.
What's not covered
Bodywork All bodywork and body trim, glass, paint, sheet metal, sunroof panels, water ingress and door seals.
Service Items Service items, including but not limited to oil filters, lubricants, points, spark plugs, fuses, wiper blades, tyres, bulbs, auxillary drive belts, rotor arms, condensers, exhaust systems (but catalytic converters are covered), anti-freeze and other fluids β unless the replacements are required because of a failure of a covered component.
Miscellaneous CV boot, Macpherson struts, shock absorbers, adjustments
Modifications Modifications that are made to the vehicle by the customer after the delivery date of the vehicle. Contaminated or incorrect fuel The clearing of fuel lines, filters, carburettors, pumps and the replacement of catalytic converters damaged after the use of incorrect or contaminated fuel. Electrical Accessories Satellite Navigation units, telephones and associated equipment of all types.
